Hi, thanks for dropping by this gallery.  Your mind might be having some questions to ask. I have listed down the frequestly asked questions below and my answer are written down. Hope the answers help you while you are surfing this gallery.

1. What is the purpose of this gallery?  This gallery serves a purpose specially for my client to view their pictures.
2. Why I can’t view the pictures in the post? I’m sorry. The posts inside this gallery are all protected post and it’s only can be accessed by authorised individual, who has the secret password to access. If you would like to view my portfolio, please visit my home page, where I will post them up when permission has been granted by my client.
3. Why my pictures are not uploaded in this gallery? The function of this gallery will only applicable to my client who had engaged me after April 2009 onwards. Prior to that period, the pictures will not be uploaded. However, if you would want your pictures to be uploaded in this gallery, kindly email to enquiry@kevintanphotography.com.
4. How should I access to the post to view the pictures in this gallery? My clients have the only access right to view the pictures. A password will be provided to my client and to enter the password in the designated column. If you have forgotten your password, kindly contact the administrator.
5. How long will my pictures posted here? Your posted pictures will be uploaded here for 3 months. Thereafter, the pictures will be deleted. 
6. I couldn’t find my post? Please refer to the bottom of the webpage. You will see an “Archieves” and a search column. You may find your post in my archieves or you may type your name in the search column to look for your post. Or you may search using gallery categories.
7. Why I couldn’t view the pictures in a bigger size? In the post will only show tumbnails and you will need to click on the tumbnail that you wish to view. Thereafter, a bigger size of pictures will be shown.
8. After I refresh my browser, I found out that I’m still able to view the opened protected post, why is this happened? For your information, after you had opened the post with the password provided by us, you still able to view it after you had refreshed the page because the cookies in your temporary folder have not been cleared. In order to prevent the next user to view the post, please clear the cookies before you log off your computer.
